Frequently asked questions
When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?
Arrival is possible from 16:00h. Departure must take place by 10:00 am at the latest.
How do I get into my chalet and how do I lock it again?
The chalets have an electronic locking system with a code keypad. You will receive the access code for the chalet with the booking confirmation from our property management. The booking code is installed for the booking period and you can enter the house “keyless” at any time.
How many people can stay in a chalet?
The chalets are generally designed for an occupancy of 6 people. The chalets have 3 double rooms and an adjoining bathroom. In the couch room, 2 people can sleep on the sofa (full-size French bed). Cribs are available for babies and toddlers on request. If cribs are also booked, they will be prepared by our house management. They must be ordered at the time of booking.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the chalets. The pet costs € 30,- extra per night. Because of this we have an increased cleaning effort. We ask for your understanding. The pet must be announced at the time of booking. Without pet registration € 50,- per night will be charged extra. As various preparations cannot be made.
Is there equipment for small children in my chalet?
For babies and toddlers, the chalets each have a high chair and a crib, which can also be booked.
How does the kitchen work?
The professional kitchen in the Wilderer Chalets has been designed to meet the highest standards. You will find the relevant operating instructions for the appliance in use in the Kitchen section.
Where can I park?
Each chalet has three parking spaces, two of which are covered.
What is the access to my chalet like?
Directions can be found in the contact section of the homepage. Please note that the chalets are located at 1,136 m above sea level. It happens from time to time that high alpine weather conditions prevail and the paved road to the chalets has to be cleared first. The snow clearing service is always on duty when there is snowfall, but there are times when freshly snow-covered roads need to be cleared. Use snow chains for your own safety.
